Dosage and Product info: Typical tincture dosages range from 20 to 30 drops 1 to 3 times a day. We recommend adding tincture to a glass of water or tea. Tinctures preserve and concentrate an herb's potency for 5 years and never need refrigeration. However, avoid exposing tinctures to excessive heat and sunlight, and shake before each use. Tinctures contain alcohol. Always keep tinctures out of children’s reach.
