Many of us have old friends from whom we seldom hear, except maybe through holiday cards, which odds are good, feature the family unit in apparent complete happiness and spiritual bliss during the season of “good cheer”… and human stampedes at Walmart.
Here’s our take on a time-honored tradition and little-recognized vernacular art form – The family portrait holiday card. We’ve honed in on the sub-genre of child portraiture with this ongoing holiday card series. So, at least we can entertain our old friends, while they stare and think, “what’s their kid’s name again?”
